A regular chat knows the current conversation. The Project Manager understands workspace context: its goal, tasks, notes, calendar, and past decisions. That lets it identify the current focus and suggest a next move grounded in the real project.
PM monitors your project and suggests specific changes to tasks, priorities, deadlines and the order of work. You review each suggestion and decide whether to apply or decline it. Your plan stays unchanged until you approve.
It can prepare you using project context, record a call in the desktop app, create a transcript, and save a meeting note with recaps, decisions, and tasks.
Tasks, events, and notes use local storage and sync changes after the connection returns. Cloud AI actions still require internet access.
